GDV Marketing Digital (the "App") is a private business tool used by its owner to manage their own marketing assets and advertising campaigns through authorized third-party platforms.
The App must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of the connected platforms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Advertising Standards.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The owner is solely responsible for the content and campaigns created with it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
