This Privacy Policy describes how GDV Marketing Digital ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses, and protects information when operating advertising and content-management tools. The App is an internal tool used by its owner to manage their own marketing assets and advertising campaigns through third-party platforms, including the Meta technologies (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Information We Collect

We may process the following information strictly to operate the App's features:

• Account & authentication data — access tokens and identifiers needed to connect to advertising platforms that you, the account owner, authorize.
• Advertising data — campaign, ad set, ad, creative, and performance data from ad accounts you own or manage, retrieved via official platform APIs.
• Content you provide — videos, images, and copy you upload to be published as ads.
• Technical/usage data — basic logs needed for reliability and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information solely to: create and manage your advertising campaigns and creatives, upload media, apply your configured settings, and report results back to you. We do not use your data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell it.

3. Use of Meta Platform Data

The App uses the Meta Marketing API and related Meta technologies in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained from Meta is used only to operate the campaigns and assets of the authorizing account owner, is not transferred to data brokers, and is not used for any purpose inconsistent with Meta's policies or this Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only: (a) with the advertising platforms (e.g., Meta) as required to perform the actions you request; and (b) with infrastructure providers that host the App on the owner's behalf, under appropriate safeguards.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality or as required by law. Access tokens are stored locally on the owner's own systems and can be revoked at any time from the platform's settings.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of any data processed by the App at any time. To do so, see our Data Deletion Instructions or email us at the address below. Tokens can also be revoked directly in your Meta Business settings, which immediately stops all access.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including restricted access and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is a business tool not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
